Improper Net ID. Verify that CNX-PVID8x4 Net ID matches Net ID

in the software program. Refer to "Identity

Code" in this Operations Guide.

Loose network

connection.

Verify that cable plugged into NET port is

secure.

OUTPUT

LEDs do not

illuminate.

Loose connection. Verify that (RCA or RJ45) cables connected to

OUTPUT ports are secure.

ACTIVE

VIDEO INPUT

LEDs do not

illuminate.

Input without sync. Confirm that input contains sync (only inputs

with sync can be reliably detected).

Blurry video. Terminator missing

from INPUT

connector.

Terminators should remain attached unless the

INPUT connectors of multiple units are

connected (loop-through). The last unit in the

loop must have the terminators installed.
