Installation

Ventilation

The HD-SCALER should be used in a well-ventilated area. The venting holes should

not be obstructed under any circumstances.

To prevent overheating, do not operate this product in an area that exceeds the

environmental temperature range listed in the table of specifications.

Mounting the HD-SCALER

The HD-SCALER mounts on a flat surface such as a wall or ceiling. The

HD-SCALER can also be mounted on a rack rail.

Mounting on a Flat Surface

To mount the HD-SCALER on a flat surface such as a wall or ceiling, use four

mounting screws (not included). The following illustration shows mounting of the

HD-SCALER on a wall.
