b. Turn the selection knob to display the desired number.

c. Press the selection knob to move the cursor to the next octet.

d. Repeat steps b and c until the desired IP address is displayed. The

IP address is entered after the last octet has been set. The display

returns to the “CONTROL SETUP” menu.

• Hostname:

a. Turn the selection knob to highlight Hostname and press the

selection knob. The Control System Hostname screen is displayed.

b. Select letters (upper and lower-case), numbers, or other characters

by turning the selection knob until the desired letter, number, or

other character is displayed on the VFD. Valid hostname

characters are ASCII letters “a” through “z” (case-insensitive), the

digits “0” through “9”, and the hyphen. Hostname cannot begin or

end with a hyphen. No other symbols, punctuation characters or

blank spaces are permitted.

c. Move the cursor to another position by pressing the buttons labeled

< and >. To delete a character, press the button labeled Del. To

insert a space, press the button labeled Ins.

NOTE: The maximum length for the hostname is 64 characters.

d. After the new name has been entered, press the selection knob to

save the name and return to the “CONTROL SETUP” menu.
