Troubleshooting

The table below provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If further

assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer service representative.

Incorrect power

supply.

Use a Crestron power supply with at least 6

watts of available power.

PWR LED

illuminate.

CNXRMC is not

receiving power.

Verify that cable plugged into NET port is

secure.

NET LED

does not

illuminate.

Improper Net ID. Verify that CNXRMC Net ID matches Net ID in

the software program. Refer to "Identity Code"

in this Operations Guide.

Loose network

connection.

Verify that cable plugged into NET port is

secure.

There is no

response from

commands

sent to

Universal remote is

not communicating

with CNXRMC.

Verify that the universal remote has been

properly mapped and the commands are

properly identified in the SIMPL Windows

ram.

connected to the IR IN port on the CNXRMC.
